I am an El Paso born Artist specializing in several Visual Art mediums. I have a core belief that Photography is an Art form. Though, not always, I believe it's a must. If a photograph has no artistic merit. Then I'd rather not take it. It is this core belief that constitutes the philosophy of my work.
